Hello, I’m Campbell from Melbourne, Australia.
In 2015 I moved away from the land of unrelenting sun, to the city of everlasting winters. A year before, I had visited Berlin for the first time and like many tourists, it was love at first sight (seeing trip). Having just completed my History and Politics undergraduate degree, I was blown away by not how many significant events Berlin has seen, but the honest way it tells its own story. As soon as I could I moved here and never looked back!
I honed my tour-guiding skills with Brewers Tours four years ago and have been fortunate to be a guide ever since. In my tours, I try to show guests that the “Capital of the 20th century” is not only learned about in museums but in every stone, brick, and tree. There are not only many stories to tell, but unlimited ways to look at them.
I provide tours on Weimar Germany, Third Reich, and Cold War periods, and that’s just the history. If you would like to keep on touring after the sun sets, we can sample one of many Berlin craft beer bars. In addition, I am a licensed guide for Sachsenhausen Concentration camp.
